This is the Pacer Red Z-71 Thread Locker.

High-strength, premium grade red liquid locks and seals metal nuts, bolts,
and studs or metal fasteners up to 1 in. (26mm) in diameter
Holds in temperature ranges from -54°C - 149°C.

Resistant to gasoline and oil.

Applying bead around part to be bonded and assemble with a twisting motion to spread adhesive.
Allow to cure 24 hours for maximum strength.
